Girish Kulkarni has joined HBI Software as Head of HBI Software’s Content Services. HBI Software will now provide new content services to Smart Analytics as part of its pre-launch into Microsoft Office 2007 Suite.

HBI Software delivers the Pingar Bid Engine, on time and to specification. As well as providing the Bid Engine, HBI Software has also delivered marketing collateral including Flash presentations and stationary templates for Pingar Limited.

HBI Software delivers Flash presentations to Xexco Limited for use in an online questionnaire for Deep Search, a new Knowledge Management Tool designed for Wharton Business School. HBI Software will be developing further solutions to enhance the capability of this new Knowledge Management Tool.

HBI Software delivers the Stay in the Bay portal to The WH Consultancy. It is formally launched in Tauranga, New Zealand on 13th February 2006.
Work also commences on t2tjobs, a new online recruitment portal to be delivered in April 2006.

HBI Software Wins New Contracts
HBI Software is awarded the contract by The WH Consultancy
to design and develop the Stay in the Bay e-marketplace portal.
This is scheduled for release at the end of January 2006.
The company is also contracted to develop a new e-procurement platform
for EvolveNow NZ. This will provide for interactive online reverse
auctions and will be integrated into the EvolveNow NZ e-marketplace.

HBI Software publishes the new version of the Smart Analytics
portal to www.smart-analytics.com The new version includes a fully
integrated e-commerce application, together with an enhanced password-protected
Subscribers Area.
HBI Software also delivers Microsoft Office Research Service applications
to Xexco Ltd to manage the Smart Analytics contract with Wharton
Business School.

HBI Software deliver smart tag technologies to enable Word
documents published to the Smart Analytics portal to be updated

The Evolve Now portal, designed and developed by HBI Software
was formally launched in the UK. It can be viewed at www.evolvenow.co.uk
Working closely with the Evolve Now project team in London, UK,
HBI Software completed all aspects of the design, development and
coding of the portal. Further developments are planned following
a scheduled visit to Bangalore by the management of Evolve Now.

Microsoft approves the
Expense Filer application
Microsoft approves the Expense Filer application after successful
testing with Veritest. HBI Software are developing and maintaining
this application on behalf of Expense Filer Limited of New Zealand.
HBI Software is also accepted into the Microsoft India ISV program
in February. This will accelerate the adoption of Microsoft technologies
by the company and provide increased training opportunities for
all staff members. The company is planning to demonstrate different
Microsoft solutions developed by HBI Software at the Microsoft Showcase
in Cincinatti, USA in July 2005.

Expense Filer
HBI Software delivers Expense Filer; an innovative application
developed using Microsoft web service and smart tag technology,
for testing by Veritest. The company are designing the client website
which will be launched at www.expensefiler.com in February. Further
versions of the Expense Filer application suite are currently under
development.

HBI Software visits Singapore
Senior managers from HBI Software meet XEXCO Ltd and The
WH Consultancy Ltd in Singapore to sign new development agreements.
Further portals are identified for 2005 and new technology agreements
are signed to increase the output of dynamic research output from
the Bangalore offices.
